Help us reclaim PAYE paid on donations.
If you made donations amounting to 250 or more in 2008 and you are a PAYE
taxpayer, we ( as a registered Charity) could reclaim the income tax you paid on the
amount. If you are self - assessed or a company and your donation to our Church was
250 or more in 2008 you can claim tax relief on your donation The procedure is
very simple. Just ask us for a special Revenue form, fill in your P.P.S. number, indicate
your rate of tax, sign the form, and return it to us. We fill in the amount of your annual
donations and post the form to the Revenue, who will refund us the tax. It cost you
nothing. Self - assessed taxpayers can ask us for a receipt and reclaim the tax
themselves. (Revenue Forms will be available at the Parish Office)
Thank You
On behalf of the Institute of the Incarnate Word - Fr Gabriel Barros and Fr. Harold
Bumann would like to thank most sincerely the community of Bunclody / Kilmyshall for
making them so welcome and to Fr. Aidan Jones P.P. for inviting them to minister in the
Parish.
Reflection for the Day
Some people have power in their words. They seem to make sense and to bring wholeness
to people. Or to speak in a way that is accepting and affirming. Other times the power is
to remind us of the world the way it is, and the challenge to make it better. Real power
in words brings freedom to others, and brings out the best in them, rather than reminding
them of how bad they are. Real power used in the name of Jesus empowers others. Jesus had
such power in his words. His words were powerful because he was utterly convinced of all
he said, and he spoke from the heart of God. When we speak from love we speak with power.
