St Joseph's’ Adult Prayer Group:

..meets on Friday Feb.13th at 7.30 p.m. in the Church of The Most Holy Trinity.
Prayer Group: has resumed each Thursday at 10.30 a.m. in the Convent Chapel.


Ministers of the Word:

A meeting will be held on Thursday Feb. 12th at 7.30 p.m. in the Church of The Most Holy Trinity for all Ministers of the Word. Rev. Colin Rothery (a guest speaker ) will attend on the night.


WYD Pilgrimage to Rome from April 2nd –7th

Twenty young people from the Diocese will be going to Rome to celebrate WYD and to bless the Cross and Icon, which will become the "Pilgrim Cross and Icon" for the Diocese.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The pilgrimage will include a visit to the Scavi under St. Peters, Asissi, the Catacombs, many of the sites of Rome and Mass in St Peters’ Square on Palm Sunday. FERNS DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES

May 17th - May 22nd 2009 Application Forms available in Bunclody Parish Office Assisted Pilgrim Section—Reminder ….. Re Application Forms! Application forms for the "Assisted Pilgrim Section" of the Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes must be returned by March 1st 2009. If you wish to have your name included in this section and do not have an application form you may obtain one by contacting the parish office at 053 9376190 or Fr. Martin Doyle ( Chaplain to this section) at 053 9147686. The theme of the Pilgrimage this year is … Bernadette Soubirous… the person to whom the apparitions were made. The Church has declared her a Saint, not by virtue of apparitions, but because of her entire life.
Lourdes Invalid Fund: Tickets will be on sale after Mass (Weather permitting) Please support this worthy cause.

The Kildavin/Clonegal Drama Group

The Drama Group will stage "There goes the Bride" by Ray Cooney and John Chapman in Spellman Hall, Kildavin, on Friday 20th February and Sunday 22nd February at 8.00 p.m. nightly. All seats will be on a first come first served basis. Come along for a night of live entertainment at its best.

Cake Sale:

Students at Bunclody Adult Learning Centre apologise for the cancellation of our cake sale on Tuesday due to weather conditions. We have re scheduled the sale for Friday Feb. 13th from 11.a.m.—1 p.m. Proceeds in aid of Slaney River Rescue.


The Bunclody Day Care Services Ltd.

We would like to invite new members to attend the centre. The centre is now open on Tuesdays as well as on Thursdays. All are welcome to join us for a cup of tea on either morning and we would be delighted if you continued to attend the centre. You may contact us on 053 9376552. We are also at present re - evaluating the list of people who would like to apply for sheltered housing. Wexford Co. Council is at present re - assessing our application for the Housing Scheme.
